Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection
Even though this is quite new we have quite some experience in these areas.
We have not lost a case yet, but it all depends on the circumstances. Generally we charge £265 + a court fee (which is currently £120 but due to rise shortly) for Lasting Powers as there is a huge amount of checking and double checking - one mistake and they can send it ALL back to start again - Snakes and ladders legal style!!
If you are concerned about mental capacity, there are different rules that apply and slightly different fees.
